Lack of regulation in the estate agency industry is a real problem and something that we at the Village have worked hard to overcome. The company is a member of the Property Ombudsman and therefore the staff and company alike are bound by their duties and obligations. We are also licenced member firm of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Furthermore we are proud to hold the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, which is a rarity in the estate and letting agency profession.
