Our Lettings department is able to offer a range of services to landlords depending on how much, or how little involvement you want to have in the letting of your properties.

We currently offer three types of service to Landlords:

Letting Only
Rent Collection
Full Management

As standard, all of the services above include the following:

• Initial market appraisal
• Advice on presentation
• Arranging safety checks (if required)
• Full marketing (advertising on rightmove.co.uk, villageestates.co.uk, propertytoday.co.uk, in the local Property Today paper and three office window displays)
• Accompanied viewings
• Submission and reposting of references
• Preparation of inventory/schedule of condition (where required)
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and related documents
• Collection of security deposit
• Making arrangements for your future rent payments
