Staff Profiles

We all prefer the chance to put a face to a voice down the telephone or behind an email so we have provided a brief biography and photo of all of our staff for you to see.

 

Amy Cohen - Administrator

Amy joined Nsure in 2007 to assist us in the day to day running of our offices. She looks after all aspects of administration including keeping the offices up to date, calling out on new properties and arranging viewings and valuations. In particular Amy provides our vendors with valuable feedback in relation to how the marketing of their property is progressing and refers vendors to our Property Consultants when appropriate to ensure that we are marketing properties to their full potential at all times. Amy strives to view all new properties that we take on as soon as possible so that she is able to provide detailed descriptions to prospective purchasers and therefore maximise the chances of finding our vendors the most suitable buyer.

 

Clare Williams - Sales Progressor

Clare started in Estate Agency in 1989 where she worked as Branch Secretary for General Accident Property Services in Arundel, until 1991 when she left to have her family. Clare then worked part time for the same Estate Agency based in Worthing's town centre, before leaving in 1999 to work for the recently acquired Village Estate Agency. Clare’s main duties are sales progression and vendor, purchaser contact, where her extensive experience assists her in making sure all runs smoothly with the buying and selling process. Clare is currently responsible for the daily running of our High Salvington office.

 

Emma Wells MNAEA – Sales Progressor

Emma has been working for Nsure Estate Agents since 2005 and has proved herself to be a very valuable asset. Having lived in Sussex all her life Emma has a solid knowledge of Worthing and the wide spectrum of property available in the Victorian town. As an approachable and professional person, Emma’s role is to ensure the smooth running of our latest Estate Agency branch in South Street Tarring. Having shown herself to be highly proactive Emma also deals with our sales progression as well as assisting with our negotiating. Emma is able to answer any questions that you have about the estate agency, from the unique way we advertise your property, to the commission we charge and what it covers. Emma has shown further dedication to her career in estate agency by achieving the NAEA Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property. This is a nationally recognised qualification and covers everything from money laundering to the Property Misdescriptions Act.

 

Ian Watkins - Senior Property Consultant

Ian is a local family man living in Worthing with his wife and two boys. He has worked in estate agency for over 20 years and is therefore able to offer superb local knowledge of Worthing, in particular the Salvington, Durrington and Goring areas. Ian has also trained and qualified specifically within the field of Property Services. Ian has worked for both corporate and independent agencies and firmly believes in the personal approach Nsure gives its clients.

 

Matthew Cohen MNAEA – Property Consultant

Matthew started working for the Nsure Group at 16 on a part time basis whilst studying at Chichester College where he achieved A-Levels in Music, Law and IT. Matthew joined our Estate Agency team on a full time basis in 2006 taking on the role of administrator as well as assisting our IT department. During this time he learnt the basics of Estate Agency work and also studied for the NAEA Technical Award in Property Sales which he subsequently achieved in April 2007. Since then he has succesfully made the move to Property Consultant and is enjoying great success in this role. He continues to expand his knowledge of the industry and is currently studying for the NAEA Lettings Award.

 

Richard Marsh – Director & Senior Property Consultant

A local family man, Richard lives in Worthing with his wife and two children. He has worked as an estate agent within the immediate area since leaving university. Worthing ‘Born & Bred’ he is able to offer superb local knowledge of the both the town and it’s property. Working for both corporate and independent firms in the past has proved an excellent training ground to provide him with the experience people expect when buying or selling a home. Richard has also trained and qualified specifically within the field of Property Services.

 

Vanessa Cohen - Director

Vanessa has worked at Nsure Estate Agents since it opened. As well as being one of the Directors of the Estate Agency Vanessa also conducts the property viewings, guiding prospective purchasers around the properties we have for sale. Having lived in Worthing for many years Vanessa has an excellent knowledge of the local area and takes pride in understanding what it is that prospective purchasers are looking for in a new home.
